circling

I just noticed this, and its up next to the wifi symbol. Anyone know what it is?

Does it slow it down speed it up or stay the same.

Before going off and saying that I'm a baby or anything it's not my fault that I get scared easily... It's my sisters... She scared me even chance she got when I was younger.. So it's about 12:30 am and there is a helicopter circling around the area I live in... I don't hear sirens from cop cars...

Almost every night for the past 2 months between the hours of 11pm to about 2am, I hear at least one helicopter circling around and around for at least an hour. Do we have that much crime in the neighborhood? This is around Magnolia and Vineland. It is almost worst than hearing a car alarm go...
