i want something in the same mentality as an oscar i just set the tank up and will likely do the cycle with something easy but i wanna get a good size cichlid he or she would be the only one in the tank so what can i get

i was thinking maybe: one of each, barra, silver perch, golden perch, jade perch, bass, purple spotted gudgeon, yellow fin bream, sleepy cod, coal grunter, red scat and silver...
