Does that when it's in gear it sputters. I have replaces plugs and plug wires less than a month ago and this just started happening recently.
...be causing this problem? i have replaced the egr valve, ingnition control module and the ignition coil. alos have done a full tune up and checked all injectors.
ok, i have a 1989 exciter 570 is will start right up and works fine but when i pull the throttle when it gets to the amount of RPMs when it should take off it backfires and RPM dropps way low. i can fether the throttle and keep it running but every time it backfires and rpms drop. any ideas on...
have a 92 honda accord it dies while driving it occassionally and times to start back up vary from incident to incident replaced the distrubter rotor cap button and fuel filter still happens

I have a 93 shadow vt1100 and when you let off the gas at high rpms I'm getting a backfiring. Some people think it sounds good but I don't really like it. I'm not sure if its the Vance and Hines exhaust thats on it or if there's something else. Any help please. Thanks
