New York Knicks power forward Amar'e Stoudemire has taken to the country of Israel with impressive passion, taking his first trip there in 2010 to look into his Hebrew roots and subsequently joining the new ownership group of Israeli basketball club Hapoel Jerusalem and helping to coach the...
Partway through the 2005-06 season, with the Phoenix Suns riding high with a surprising 45-21 record in his absence, All-Star forward Amar'e Stoudemire returned to his team and immediately announced his presence with a 20-point, nine-rebound performance in only 19 minutes of work in a win over...
Amare Stoudemire loves the headlines, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that he’s going to make a splash when returning to the New York Knicks. First, there were rumors that the power forward would be happy coming off the bench.
Now, there’s talk that Stoudemore wants to return on Christmas...
Amare Stoudemire needs to learn how to use Twitter. When you’re famous and people take shots at you, your best bet is to just ignore that person. If they really bother you, go ahead and block the person. But you don’t curse at them or call them derogatory names — even on a direct message. Amare...
Amare Stoudemire of the New York Knicks could be out for a while. If he’s on your fantasy team, you should probably make plans to be without him for the rest of the season. Amare Stoudemire has been diagnosed with a bulging disk in his back and the Knicks are saying he will be out for an...
...and Carmelo Anthony? This would make LA younger and more athletic. No one would be able to guard them. As for NY, it's not much of an advantage on paper, but the Knicks are struggling and maybe need a shot in the arm, plus Kobe also sells out the Garden, so there is an economic advantage.
for a trade to NY? Alot of people have it against Lebron that he left Cleveland.
However, Amare left the team who drafted him and Phoenix did not get picks or players for him or even a trade exception. At least Lebron left Cleveland with a trade exception and 2 first round picks. Melo...
...he becomes a Free agent next yr? Trade Amare and 1st round pick to the Magic for Howard, so the Magic don't just lose him to FA
then when Billups contract is up in summer of 2012 it coincides with D-Will who they can sign to go with Dwight and Melo.
So knicks 2012 team will be this -

He later switched to number 1 a couple months later though.
It is the Orange home jersey.
Here's a link to what the exact jersey looks like...

...could use him, he's young and a veteran? That would've been perfect for them. Plus, they got plenty of salary cap room because they don't do anything but recruit cheap anyway, international players that are mediocre and then they train them to become all star caliber, so they had room to get...
