My friend gave me a blackberry bold he wasn't using. I was wondering if I could put my SIM card in and use it, just for texting and calling - no internet, and not have to pay for the Blackberry Data Service for 30$/month?

It's 30$ for it and it's a downloadable game. I have heard good things about it... But do you think it might be worth the money?

So, Is the plan with an iPhone from rogers "30$ mega value" With the 1GB data add on. Does it have Unlimited incoming Text messages? This is the Canadian plan.
