So my iPad is plugged into my computer, iTunes is running, and the internet is working fine. Yet, I am not able to download an app I just spent $5 for because it's over 20MB? Surely this isn't supposed to happen. What do I do? Anything helps, please and thank you! Working answer will get points!

and for $5 a month i can get 20mb of bandwidth.. but will it be enough?
i want to use it for The new ebuddy Mobile Messenger and go on bebo sometimes (The mobile version)
