(but did not arrive? Does this statement exclude PWD who is only being carried upon leaving the location (but did not arrive in the car) from using a handicapped parking space.
some people have stated that a the person with the disability must be in the car when it arrives--NOT ONLY TO BE...
i am watching an item on ebay...when I started watching--there was one 1 at $5...now there are 3 bids and it is still at $5
but it also looks like the same person as it is using the same name n******u (534) and ratings number.
how does this happen...
to clarify--it seems like the same person...
generally you shouldn't be touching his head...that may be acceptable between buddies..
obviously others didn't pay attention to the details..
even if a person can't move--you can still shake their hand..i wouldn't come out and ask though---and i wouldn't just grab them
well duh---he was killed by a DRUNK driver.....it doesn't matter that the person had a disability...plenty of able bodied people drive drunk and kill people
