As far as I know almost all brands are available and you can go for the various brands which are your favourite one. I have purchased many brands from there specially marlboro.
It seems that the answer would be very silly. The four smokers threw the non-smoker over board which made the boat lighter, so they took the lighter and lit up their cigarettes.
As far as I know natural american spirit cigarettes almost cost $1.00 or sometimes they are available in free also and even they are completely additive free.
