i mean post workout whey is probably better just because its going to diest faster. i dont think you can buy whey protein from the gym...at least not from my gym. dont mix your creatine in with your whey but take it sepratly. like take 2 grams of creatine 45 min before you workout and 2 grams...
it, not sure what it does? well i take whey protien, fishoil and a multivitamin, and he was saying i should take this stuff called xtend by scivation, give me a really dumbed down version of what the leucine and glutamine are doing in my body while im taking it while im lifting.
