well it appears ur only problem is food so thats good. u need to clean out ur kitchen and get rid of ALL junk food and replace it with healthier things such as in stead of sugery cereal try something like honey bunches of oats. heres a couple links to get u started...
it will not give u HUGE benefits but its good for ur body and u may even see some differences. id say go for it but dont expect to see a major difference
