I have a verizon env 2 and the bottom row of keys (*,0,#) freezes up. It is starting to freeze up on the 7,8,9 keys too. If I take it to my nearby verizon store will they give me a free one? or will i have to pay for it?
take it to the nearest verizon store and tell them what is wrong. if water is in it you will pay 50 dollars. if it just is messing up you should get a free one.
