My phone, a Motorola BT60, was given by my sister who came from the US. It was locked to AT&T. When I turn it on, it says "Network PIN locked." I do believe it's not the same as the SIM PIN being locked. Is there any way the phone can be unlocked? I live in the Philippines. Thanks!
