sites like rapidshare.com make me wait before i can freely download a second file! because it recognizes my IP address...does any one know how IP can be changed??
I am coming to nmmu(port elizabeth, south africa) next yr for studies! i would like to know which company offers internet/dsl there and wat type/ speed of connection is available!
