Verizion, they have the best phones, best plans, and great customer care and, the best regional coverage! I have T-mobile and HATE IT! and getting vzw soon :) If you can't afford verizion get At&t they are the 2nd best

When u shut it down they cant make calls they can still have everything excpt communication im sorry they can view text pictures your contacts etc
