    Blu-Ray is High Definition Movies. (ON HD TV's) If you even remotly play video games, then get the PS3. Now you realize you are going to end up spending money for the games, but you have another form of entertainment. If you never play video games, then just get a Blu-Player.

    Cable has more bandwidth. There is talk you can get over 100mbs with Cable. The max you can get with DSL is maybe 7mbs, but that depends on your area.
