go into profiles and attempt to change it to general. If that doesnt work, then ur simcard is the problem, u need to call ur service provider from another phone.

the free version at nokia app store works fine, just make sure u glance at the screen every now and then to see the kbps rate to make sure ur the only one using it, it will alert u if another device tries to connect, and once u turn it off, nothing can connect.
