if you have sprint already then all you do is transfer phones. the only reason you would have to change plans if you want somethin on your new phone you didnt have on the other say if you didnt have text on your old one but you want it on your new one then you would have to adjust your plan.
bluetooth isnt a program its a way to connect certain devices. your computer has to have certain hardware to allow you to make the connections. if you do not have a bluetooth module you are out of luck.
