T-Mobile is pants and they will merge with Orange soon and that's not much better so out of the 2 I would go with Vodafone but given a choice it would be O2 without a doubt far better than the others
I have a vauxhall Meriva 1.6, when i checked the oil level i have found a white/grey oily deoposit on the filler cap. The coolant level has not changed and the engine sound's o.k.

No way is it dry after 3 hours, take off the covers and remove the battery and put it close to a radiator or another heat source, not hot enough to damage it, and leave it for at least 3 days to dry properly and then it may work.
Before you send it off take the battery out, take the sim out and leave the covers of and place it somewhere warm for 2 to 3 days to dry out, this often fixes the problem. After 3 days put it all back together and give it a try
