No. The only exercises which can really help her grow taller are things like swimming....more pacifically 5 hours of intense training everyday.
Unless you starve her (this could stunt growth),nutrition won't have any effect on her height.

I don't think she really wants to lose weight, all she wants is to be happier. The weight is just an excuse, she probably wants a guy. And a lot of guys love girls like her. They like chubby girls who have the confidence to wear a bikini. Her body isn't holding her back.
