Anyways, make sure you contact the DMV from VA because ultimatley, it is their call as to what you must do. My guess is that their state laws will be the final rule. In which case, that would really suck.

I think their car probably doesn't like the low speed corners, their pace wouldn't drop off that violently so soon. their car could be short of down force and high on quick corners due to mechanical grip.
Another thought, I'm not sure but they may be carrying a longer chassis than most other...
