Usually medicines like SSRI's that treat depression and anxiety require a higher dosage for certain anxiety disorders. Does anyone have an informed idea or personal experience or knowledge of the therapeutic doasge of Luvox for OCD?

It doesn't matter the temp. It can be warm and all of a sudden he'll get extremely cold and start shivering all over, teeth chattering, for like ten minutes. Is this possibly a sort of anxiety attack? Or maybe a seizure of some sort?
