    why is my internet so slow all of a sudden?

    i took a speed test on whatismyip.com and i got Download Speed :295kbps Upload Speed : 304kbps im using mozilla and im downloading a game. it says its 12kbps!!!!!!!WTFUCK!!?!?!??!?!!
