Whats the difference between a normal workout routine for which I want to loose weight, and a work out routine that I can use to eventually become a competitive bodybuilder?
Would it be in military style, with steel and kevlar armour, bullet proof tires and an M61, 20 mm Vulcan cannon?
Or would it be pimped out, urban west coast style with 28" rims, with spinners, 3 tone custom paint job, hugh side skirts and a wings west body kit?
