I have a 91 ford explorer with a sagging driver side door. the lower henge need repair however the parts stores recommend a pin replacement or a completely new henge. The question is can the henge be repaired or is not repairable so needs to be replaced? which is it?

idle speed depends on if manual or auto trans. If surging at idle could be a vacuum leak.

The rotor has probably rusted to the axel hub. Try spraying some rust penetrant around the back where it joins the axel. Let sit for 15-20 minutes then gently bank the back side with a rubber mallet or something to not damage the rotor surface or crack the rotor.
