K hey! im 16, weigh 107 lbs and im 5'3. Ok so this is what i do every single night.
2, 50 set- squats
2, 25 set Push Ups
2,25 set leg lifts
2, 100 set crunches
100 jumping jacks
1 minute straight of handstand against the wall
100 of these weird butt lift thingies hahahahahah...it works!
