I was washing my PDA screen with water and some of the water got under the screen. This is a big problem because it makes the PDA think that I'm pressing the screen in a dozen places at once and so it won't respond. Anyone know how to get the water out?
I've already tried submerging it in rice...

hello, im thinking about getting 35% tints on my front side windows and 20% on the back seat windows, 35% in the read window.
i live in PA and I know 70% is the limit. but does this mean its 70% light has to go through? (30% tint is legal)?
