I need to know whether people in the US get charged when they receive calls from an international number, for all companies if possible, and if they do, do home numbers get charged as well or this is only for mobiles?

You can't be that broke if you can afford the internet, Surely you can spar the 7.50 and buy yourself a ticket. That would be the right and legal thing to do. Otherwise wait the five month and rent it for 5.00 dollars.
