check for a loose ground wire, replace the bulbs if necessary, Check the fuses just once more for good measure, check all connectors, to see if anything not connected or grounded properly.

bleed the slave clutch, refill with fluid you will need help with this, some one to pump the clutch while one bleeds the line on the slave clutch. If don't work.. replace the slave clutch completely, it is problably by passing from worn seal/boots.
