Well I think it is funny, and not at all a hate crime, REMEMBER what holiday is coming up! With Obama YEAH that would be a hate crime for sure, and that is why they didn't use him.
The $ depends on how disabled the whole thing has made you. I broke my finger at work and they had me come into a random doctor and evaluate my finger and how much I can't use it anymore then they went off that! I got about $1300 so I am sure you will get a big sum of money!
