    Take more protein foods in your post workout meal. Do focus on organic and natural rather than using the protein supplements. You should eat raw eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, cheese, meat, and chicken etc. in you post workout breakfast.

    It's enough to spend the 40 to 50 minutes on the workout if you do the workout with full consistency. In this time you can do all necessary workout properly. I spend 45 minutes in my routine workout, and I do all exercises properly during this time.
