    Why is my puppy still whining even while OUT of the crate?

    So...I just got my 1st puppy 4 days ago. He is a mini yorkie and is just 9wks old today..were doing the crate training thing religiously and he seems to be adjusting just fine....the crying he does, we IGNORE. But I noticed even when he's OUT of the crate and blocked off in "his" own little area...
