So I just got a Blackberry Q10 (upgraded from a Blackberry Curve). It has a lot of annoying apps that I know I'm never going to use (or at least I don't want clogging up my homepage), I'd like to either delete them or move them off to some random folder. Ex. "Docs to go", "Anyplace live"...
Rogers or Bell would be your best bet. Even in Toronto, many of the smaller companies, they just aren't good enough. I don't like having dropped calls.
I'm with Rogers, it is more expensive than Wind, Koodoo, Virgin, etc. but MUCH better quality!

Maybe he just didn't refresh his email when he was online. When I am on msn (I'm not sure if you are talking about hotmail/msn but most of them work similarly), I don't get notices whenever I receive a new email. So if I didn't open my email inbox again, I wouldn't have noticed it.
