It doesn't hurt but it feels weird, maybe it's from the heart but i don't think so. it's like a rise feeling then a down feeling every time i breathe.
(I'm 14 and i had heart surgery when i was one now it's pretty normal).
Hey i can do at least bench press 90 can i double that within 6 month?
Planing to eat more, work out everyday on different body parts or every 2 days on all part.
