my e66 has a problem. the phone lock is mucked up. when i try the default 12345 number it does not work. i have also tried to reset the phone by holding *3green call button and power at same time. the 12345 still does not work.
how can i unlock it? the IMEI is 352943025362919

hi, i downloaded the new software version for my e66 and when i switch on the phone it says lock code. so i entered the default lock code 12345 and it dint unlock. i have never put a lock code before. how can i unlock it?

if you have a card reader connect the mem card to your computer and format it from there.
OR
remove the card from your phone, leave it out for a bit...then put it back in then try again
