You could buy aftermarket heated ones and fit them to a switch installed in a blank on the dash.
It's very simple if you have basic wiring knowledge.
If you want official citroen mirrors, that would be a lot harder as you'd need new door looms etc.
Not really worth it, mirrors don't usually...

usually low rumbling is worn main bearings.
water pumps make more or a high pitch rumbling sound that you don't hear very loud in the car.
You've deleted the boot code. Maybe someone experience will tell you how to recover it. it's a lot of work.
