I want to rip a few specific episodes from a dvd I have but how do I find the right one to rip? I have all these options of different titles and chapters and I don't know which ones to select to get the episode I want.

Whenever I play a song or video in quicktime I always have to turn of the bass and treble in the equalizer settings. I have to do this every time. How do I make this setting the default?
