i sent my phone for repair to repair center.. 10 days later phone company send me an email saying its fixed and has been dispatched on the 16th October.. it said that it would come the next working day, it didn't come yesterday or today, how long do they take? arrrghhh I've been waiting for too...

so what happened is, my Sony Ericsson k850i broke..again..so i called up orange and they put me through to Sony ericsson, what happen was Sony ericsson say that they will send me an email about repairing my phone because i still have warranty, so yh i read the message and did what they told me...
they are worth buying, you get the sticker make your phone look nice, its much more cheaper than buying a brand new fascia. i have one for my k850i it looks really good and it doesnt get sticky when you take it off.

the best thing to do is to get yourself another phone and put your simcard in. Your sim company won't do anything. All phones have a warrantty if your on contract. Call them up and ask them about this. They should give you a brand new phone or reapair the old one. My phone's been damadged twice...
