This doesn't solve the problem. All it does is cause more hardship, as the price goes up the people who use these products struggle to pay more in order to buy them.

Vista x64 Edition is effected by a Bug. Te Bug is caused by an Internet Update that doesn't work Properly. Microsoft are working on a Solution but until then there doesn't seem to be much hope
First of all try a System Restore to the earliest Restore Point
Have you Tried to completely reset your Internet
