The original enV is such a bad phone..I can't even tell you. Get the new enV..The software is SO great on it! Yes it looks like a calculator but it's a good phone.

Unfortunately it seems like your phone is broken. Use a different phone and call Verizon, as they would not want you to call on your own phone. They will most likely ship you a new one in two days.

I'd say amazon. There are many that are only sold for like 1 penny. I get them ALL the time! Shipping is like two bucks, but it ships within like two days usually. Depending on the company of course.
