    wouldnt ur before bed meal be most important..i mean how do ur muscles grow if u dont have sufficent protein right before u sleep..if u dont will they still grow if u have an excess of cals throughout the day

    welll i hope u enjoyed ur cookie =) it's not bad in moderation that's not bad i think egg whites or a protien cereal u need more protein in ur breakfast but besides that it's good and lunch is fine too though tortilla chips u could sub for brown rice or a sweet potato
