I'm not sure what gold lead is, because different countries have different brands of cigarettes/tobacco.
I've found that the cheapest way to smoke is to buy a pouch of tobacco. Buy filters and papers too. It's the cheapest way (I've found) to buy cigarettes and it lasts way longer.
