Instead of half pages? Do you mean without scrolling? Yes, you can, but everything is very small. To read something you'll have to zoom in on a portion of a page anyway and... scroll.
Depends how "small" the vibrations are, but, to be on the safe side I'd not use this pad. Vibrations are NOT good for a computer.

There are programs specially designed to transfer everything from one drive to another. Just Google "drive image" or something like that and you'll find a lot of info on how to do it.
